Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before course start date will be issued a 75%
refund of the full course fee. No refunds will be issued for any no shows or cancellations
made less than 2 weeks before course start date. If the course is cancelled by InPronto,
Inc., the full amount of the course fee will be refunded. All cancellations must
be in writing and faxed to 415-734-9562.
